Packages Including Ryanair Flights

When you book a Ryanair flight with your Olympic Holidays package you will receive two emails from Ryanair upon booking. One with your flight confirmation and one prompting you to log in or create a Ryanair account. You must be able to access the internet and manage your flight booking, check-in, boarding passes, and any flight changes yourself, as Olympic Holidays is unable to do this on your behalf. Please ensure you are comfortable with this process before booking a package with Ryanair flights.

How do I access my Ryanair booking?

To access and manage your flights:

  • Go to the Ryanair Website
  • Log in or create a Ryanair account using the same email address used for your Olympic Holidays booking

Please note that your booking is governed by the terms and conditions of both Olympic Holidays and Ryanair, which can be viewed on their respective websites.

How do I add in-flight extras to my booking?

If you want to add any in-flight extras to your booking or if you have any queries about your flight booking, please amend your booking through your Ryanair account or contact Ryanair direct.

How do I change my flight time or date?

If you wish to change your flight time or date, please contact our Customer Service team by phone or email before making any changes directly with Ryanair. This allows us to check whether the other components of your holiday package, such as accommodation and transfers, can be adjusted to match your proposed flight changes.

Once we confirm that the changes are possible, you will need to make the flight amendments directly on the Ryanair website and pay any associated charges to them. Please note that Olympic Holidays’ administration fees will also apply, and these will be confirmed when you contact us regarding the change.

What do I do if my Ryanair flight is cancelled or subject to a major change?

If Ryanair makes a change to your flight, they will notify you directly by email. Please ensure that you contact Olympic Holidays as soon as you receive this notification, regardless of the nature of the change.

Under Olympic Holidays’ Terms and Conditions, a major change is defined as a change to your flight time of 12 hours or more. Only in such cases may cancellation of your full holiday package be permitted. Ryanair, however, may offer refunds or changes for flight time amendments of less than 12 hours, but this does not automatically entitle you to cancel your entire package with Olympic Holidays.

If your flight is cancelled or changed, our Customer Service team will review the options available to you. Where possible, we will help source alternative flights to ensure your holiday can still go ahead, and we’ll advise you of any next steps.

Please note: If Ryanair offers you a refund, and you are eligible to claim it, you are responsible for requesting the refund directly from Ryanair via the 'Manage My Booking' section of their website.

If you have added any in-flight extras to your booking, Ryanair will process any refunds in connection with these.
